Get Involved

In California, 1.5 million children were uninsured for part or all of 2009, and that is 1.5 million too many. Together, we can expand access to health coverage for all California children, but we need your help.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Contact Your Legislators and the Governor.
Let them know that you support covering all children.

  • Sign Up for 100% Campaign E-Alerts and Follow Us on Twitter.
Click here to subscribe and get periodic updates on the effort to cover all kids and information on how you can help. Follow us on Twitter at 100PercentCA for action alerts and breaking news in children's health.

  • Write Letters to the Editor and Op-Eds in Your Local Newspaper.
Whenever you see a story about children's health insurance, let other readers know that covering all children is the right thing to do. Visit your newspaper's Web site for submission instructions.

For assistance and more ideas for how you can help ensure that all California children have access to affordable, comprehensive health insurance, contact Michael Odeh, 100% Campaign, at 510-763-2444 x 122, or modeh@childrennow.org.
